Parents and guardians are requested to strictly follow the fee payment rules of Dronacharya Public School to avoid inconvenience and ensure smooth academic functioning.
All fees must be deposited in cash or by cheque at the School Office on or before the 10th of every month.
If the tuition or monthly fee is not paid in full by the 10th of the month, a late fee of ₹100 per calendar month will be charged.
If the fee remains unpaid after the end of the concerned month, the student’s name may be struck off the school rolls. Re-admission, if permitted, will be solely at the discretion of the Principal and will require payment of all arrears, a re-admission fee, and the current month’s tuition fee.
Fees may be deposited in advance for any number of months or for the entire academic session, if desired.
In case of payment by cheque, the date of submission of the cheque will be treated as the date of payment, provided the cheque is honoured by the bank.
Any cheque returned or dishonoured by the bank will be treated as non-payment of fees, and a penalty of ₹100 will be charged.
In case of any doubt regarding the payment of dues, parents or guardians are advised to make the payment first and seek clarification later.
All outstanding dues, except monthly fees, must be cleared on or before 10th September.
Tuition or monthly fees for the last two months of the academic session must be paid on or before 10th January.
After the declaration of the annual results, parents wishing to withdraw their ward must submit a written application on or before 31st March of the same academic session. Failing this, the monthly fee will be charged until the date of submission of the withdrawal application.
Timely payment of fees ensures continuity in academic activities and better facilities for all students. Parents’ cooperation is sincerely appreciated.
